Director of Operations and Logistics, Kiisha Jennings, worked with the Howard County Chamber of Commerce to host and facilitate their 8th annual Cyber Conference for the 2nd year in a row. Ms. Jennings managed the project from start to finish.

Founder and Principal/CEO of CMG, Natalie May, was selected to be a part of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, 2017 Emerging Leaders Class. SBA’s Emerging Leaders initiative expands to help entrepreneurs grow and succeed. The training focuses on small, poised-for-growth companies with potential for job creation.
Natalie May had the honor of being chosen to speak at the Metropolitan Police Department Youth Advisory Council on her success as an entrepreneur and business woman in Washington, D.C. Natalie had the opportunity to engage the youth in the program and give advice and motivation to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals.
CMG was awarded to partner with School Readiness Consulting (SRC) on the DC Office of the State Superintendent for Education’s Division of Early Learning Classroom Observation project. CMG’s experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining staffing talent will be advantageous in making sure the requirements of the project will be met.
National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Greater Baltimore is a local chapter of NAAAHR committed to providing a forum where African-American Human Resource professionals network and share best practices, employment and educational opportunities that support our careers and profession. NAAAHR Greater Baltimore is strategically positioned to impact HR, and influence HR supported areas throughout the Maryland Region. In January 2017 CMG’s HR Specialist, Brandi Armstead, was appointed the position of Vice President of Communications. Brandi handles all marketing communications including social media and general email communications to the members of NAAAHR.
